43 Conflicts of Interest for Just Two EPA Board Members

Greens Member for the Mining and Pastoral Region, Robin Chapple MLC, is seeking clarification from the government on how many projects had a conflict of interest when they were approved by the EPA.

"I call on the state government to clarify if it is 25 or 43 projects that are at risk from the bungled EPA approvals process," he said.

"I have correspondence from the Environment Minister which shows 43 projects with a conflict of interest and that is just for two of the EPA Board Members!

"The Barnett Government clearly has a track record of deliberately misleading the public in this farcical process.

"The public has a right to know the truth."
